Alabama State University Athletics

Khalil Stewart is the Director of Social Media and Creative Content for Alabama State University Athletics, leading digital storytelling, branding, and creative strategy in his third year with the department. A 2024 Alabama State alum, he oversees all social media and content production while managing a team of 15 student creators and elevating Hornet Athletics through innovative game-day coverage and campaigns.

Nationally recognized for his work in sports media, Stewart is a 2023 NBA HBCU Fellow (Charlotte Hornets), 2024 NBA All-Star Intern, 2025 WNBA All-Star Intern, and selected for the Indiana Pacers Career Accelerator Program. He is also a 2026 College Sports Communicators Grant recipient, committed to growing the next generation of sports media professionals.
