The Lady Hornets (0-4) return home following a week off from competition in search of their first victory of the season. SCSU enters Friday's tilt with a 3-4 mark after winning two of its last three contests while BSC is 1-3 following three straight losses. The Panthers are scheduled to play Emory University Friday before travelling to ASU.
The ASU-BSC match was originally scheduled for Sept. 11, but was cancelled due to severe weather and rescheduled for Sunday.
Following this weekend's action, Alabama State continues its home stand with back-to-back games this Wednesday (Jacksonville State – 7 p.m.) and Thursday (Huntingdon – 7 p.m.) nights.
