ASU's Montgomery Concludes Play at NCAA Golf Regional

ALVATON, Ky. —Alabama State University freshman golfer John Montgomery earned a 75th place finish at the NCAA Division I Central Regional. The event was played at the par 72, 7,372-yard Club at Olde Stone.
Montgomery, who made his postseason debut at the event, finished with a 54-hole score of 262 (85-90-87).
A native of Whitaker, Pa., Montgomery made history by becoming the first ASU golfer to participate in the NCAA Championship.
